2. InstructionDMC catalyst (Double Metal Cyanide Catalyst) is a highly active catalyst used for epoxidepolymerization. Nowadays, it is considered as an ideal substitute to base catalyst (KOH). Thehigh-performance, low-monol polyether polyols are prepared with DMC catalyst and have theproperties of low viscosity, and narrow molecular weight distribution relatively with highmolecular weight.Moreover, this catalyst can be used with less quantity (30g/mt) and reaction time is reducedsignificantly.Specification

4. Main applicationDMC catalyst is mainly used as the catalyst in the production of PU products, like elastomer,soft high elastic foam, sealant, etc.
